We aim to have your Ashley Alba pieces on their way to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched - orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer.

Express Post speeds up delivery once your order leaves us - but doesn’t fast-track processing times in our studio.

Busy Periods
During sales or peak times, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. Express Post will still speed up transit time after dispatch, but not processing time in our studio.

We proudly ship in reusable, recyclable boxes - where style and sustainability go hand in hand.
Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships (check your junk folder if it’s missing).
Some deliveries may require a signature. If you miss it, look for a card in your letterbox and contact your local post office for redelivery or pickup.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we’ll need your help covering the cost to resend.
