Exchanges
At Ashley Alba, we want you to love your jewels as much as we do. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’re happy to issue a store credit (excluding shipping) if your request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep in mind:
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during sample sales are not eligible for return or store credit.
- Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and packaged as received.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at hello@ashleyalba.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked service and secure packaging, as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
We typically don’t offer refunds unless your item is faulty or incorrect. If that’s the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Important to know:
- Cancelled orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee (minimum $5) to cover transaction costs.
- Refunds may incur a 10% restocking fee, and original shipping costs will be deducted.
Warranty
All Ashley Alba pieces are designed to last and are tested for quality. When cared for correctly, they will not tarnish within 12 months.
We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults with proof of purchase. This covers faults only and does not include:
- General wear and tear
- Tarnishing from improper care
- Accidental damage or misuse
If your item arrives with a fault, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
